Update the post ride email for more functionality
We do mainly day and overnight rentals in a tourism town and I'd love to use BRM Post Ride Emails but they lack a little bit of customization and features. Currently using Tripadvisor Review express which ends up with a lot of double handling of email address unfortunately. Main reason for using Tripadvisor Review Express is for 2 reasons: 1. The ability to send 'follow up emails' if customers don't leave a review (or click your link) after you have sent them the email. Add "Day" to the Client Ticker
Right now there is only "10 minutes" and "hour", it would be helpful to bring up all unassigned clients for the day

End of rental email INCLUDING invoice
When we send the end of rental email that’s prompted when a reservation is checked back in, it would be awesome to have the option to include a copy of their invoice, instead of sending the “email copy” and having to change all of the text each time by hand from it being a confirmation email (and avoid blowing the minds of employees by complicating a step).

Create sales reports for "extras"
It would be great to have sales reports for extras, not only for items in iventory, ie : access fees sold, helmets rented, etc.

make it optional to display extras at Product Line stage
Imagine the following scenario. You are using HIVO mode. You have lots of extras. Customers frequently book 4 bikes and some extras. But when you select extras for 4 bikes it multiplies your choices across all 4 bikes. It might make more sense to not display the options until the 'shopping cart' stage of the online booking.

But meanwhile this is partly why we have HIVO as an option. Turn it off perhaps. -
extra's that behave like inventory (and track stock levels)
It would be a great feature to have Extras (e.g. pedals etc) that track inventory levels. In other words, they would behave like extras - in that they are added to other inventory, but they would also track inventory levels.

Deep link direct to a product (product line)
It would be great (for catalogue based websites) if you could deep-link directly into a product (product line) from a product image 'book now' link / button.

have booking ID's to match the date of the booking
It would be nice to have Booking ID's match up with the date the booking is made to be more easily understandable for customers and staff. The current format can be confusing at times to the rental customer.

Add role solely for reporting
We are a large company with dedicated ecommerce and marketing teams. These teams would like to have access to BRM reporting and the ability to view graphs, etc. However, currently there is not reporting specific role. In order to give them the access they need to do their job they are also able to edit live inventory which is something we do not want to allow. Please add a reporting specific role!

RSM should have an in-built DIN settings calculator for each skier.
(using weight, height, ski style etc)

Allow customisation of reservation emails
The automatically generated reservation emails are not pretty. It would be great if we had the ability to customise them. As it stands, we're a bit reluctant to use them. The image we present is important.

Optimize and safe time
when 1 person wants to reserve several sizes of bike at a given time ... It is essential to have a window that indicates all the sizes available at this time. Currently, it's hell because if you arrive at the last bike and it is not available, you must start another hour / day and so on ... the customers simply give up!
