Update the post ride email for more functionality
We do mainly day and overnight rentals in a tourism town and I'd love to use BRM Post Ride Emails but they lack a little bit of customization and features. Currently using Tripadvisor Review express which ends up with a lot of double handling of email address unfortunately. Main reason for using Tripadvisor Review Express is for 2 reasons: 1. The ability to send 'follow up emails' if customers don't leave a review (or click your link) after you have sent them the email. This method generates an amazing amount of interaction when it send the second email a week later, as well as the original one within 24hrs of activity. E.g text from TAdvisor. "Would you like TripAdvisor to send a reminder message to visitors if they don’t submit a review? Check this box to authorize us to send a follow-up email to visitors in the same language as your original email."
- Ability to have a couple of different post ride email templates, not just the one, so you can choose which template to send each time. We have a number of different products e.g cycle trails and mtb parks, and 2 or 3 standard templates a bit more specific to each experience the rider has participated, not just 1 generic 'thanks for riding' email. Something like this would be cool.
I see you are planning to update Reservation emails and other emails in the future too however- not sure if this post ride email stuff is included? Cheers
