Seasonal pricing (multiple price groups for same asset)
can items have different pricing according to the season? e.g. low season pricing and high season pricing.

EVO mode (self registration) for returning customers
It would be great if the EVO screen had an "I've hired before" type button at the top that allowed a returning customer to type in their name, which then married up with our database and their previously recorded details but then allowed them to edit address/phone if required and still asked for a signature for that day's hire.

export new clients to mailchimp
new clients can be routinely exported to mailchimp for marketing.

Include a sorting option when printing a snapshot.
It would be great to be able to sort by client when printing a snapshot, so that all their bikes could be setup (grouped together with attachments) ready to go for when they turn up.

Bypass of Category Selection in OBW When Only One Category to be Displayed
When only one category will be displayed can the OBW automatically skip the category selection step? It is currently confusing for customers so a potential point to drop the booking.

Allow customisation of reservation emails
The automatically generated reservation emails are not pretty. It would be great if we had the ability to customise them. As it stands, we're a bit reluctant to use them. The image we present is important.

Could BRM send an automatic message to clients when confirmed status is hit
when payment is received in an off-line manner, ie bank transfer cheque etc, give user the option to send an automatic payment notifation to the user.
and prompt if we don't have their email address.

fixed price discounts
currently BRM supports discount codes which set a % discount code.

RSM should have an in-built DIN settings calculator for each skier.
(using weight, height, ski style etc)
Then store the settings against the client record

Sort reservations using delivery address
Possibility to sort reservations by delivery address or city so we can easily find out if we have the possibility to offer a discount on delivery fee.

Let Reservations contain assets with varying dates
so you could include parites that want bikes for different durations.

have booking ID's to match the date of the booking
It would be nice to have Booking ID's match up with the date the booking is made to be more easily understandable for customers and staff. The current format can be confusing at times to the rental customer.

create an API for BRM
We are considering creating an API for BRM
(we may perhaps use zapier.com too)
please give us your ideas for use cases, here are some of ours:- import reservations from external systems
- import clients from external systems
- export reservations to google calendar
- send an SMS when problems occur - late rentals, broken bikes etc
- send SMS when reservations due back
- export customers to mailchimp or similar

Show how many times discount codes have been used with total figures and list of all reservations made using each code
For each discount code, show total sales that have been made using that code, the total discount given and list each individual sale that used that code.
