allow the user to send out an automated reminder of the booking details a week in advance of the delivery

This function would work better as a texting format for most of my customers. 1 text instead of an email to the customer at time of reservation confirmation (OBW) and a reminder 24 hours in advance (or 48hrs depending on your cancellation policy)

it should email them the day before to remind them of the booked reservation and an automated follow up email 2 days after to thank them for renting with you and ask for a review
