Allow category specific online booking widgets
We would like to advertise rentals/demos (different categories) in different places on our site without showing all other categories in our widget. It would be nice to have category specific online booking widgets. (e.g. BookingBug allows/provides service-specific booking widgets)

enter discount codes from back-office
would be nice to be able to enter discount codes from the back office, not just see them in there (flowing in from the OBW)

Admin users should be able to visit all stores in an organisation.

refund via Stripe
you should be able to refund in Stripe via BRM.
so that BRM is auto-updated and and the money is refunded to the client.1 vote -
allow bookings to be made only in certain 'slots'
you don't always want people to book any time, any date.
sometimes you only want to 'sell' certain slots.
e.g. 9am for 2 hrs. 1pm for 4hrsthis is called 'booking slots' - it may apply to the front end or the back-office.

Improve KB articles
I find your KBIs very difficult to follow. It would be really helpful if every** KBI started with a breadcrumb of how you got to where you are (**some include this info while others don't). Screenshots of the buttons you clicked (breadcrumbs) would be even more helpful. Every KBI should be understandable by someone who has never seen the tool before.
It also seems like the KBI titles are very BRM name specific, which makes it incredibly difficult to find the answer to what you're looking for. The article headings should be in layman's terms. (for example: "how to edit…

Customers want the client details fully completable prior to reservation creation
Being able to complete all details prior to reservation creation for the following
1. What is being reserved
2.Who is reserving it.

Create a new user account in the ‘Who’ Panel
‘add new’ then you can fill in all customer details before making a reservation -
OBW - make 'extras' column only display when relevant.
the extras column on the OBW is great - but it perhaps should not show if a particular Product Line does not have any extra options.

Allow calendars and date formats to be customizable. Examples, allow shops to choose Calendars weeks to start on Sunday's, not Monday's and date formats to have a U.S. format option (month/day/year).

make reservation notes searchable
make it so that reservation notes (and perhaps client records)
are fully searchable.so that if I knew I wrote a certain note, but can't remember against which booking, I can simply search all notes (ideally across the whole of BRM)

Hi, Would it be a possible to add a feature, so you can either hover over the notes, or click them to read them without entering the reservation.

email a snapshot of next day's rental activity
To mitigate the impact of any potential network outages, one idea is to have a snapshot of your next day's rental activity emailed to an OFFLINE email account each night.
