make reservation notes searchable
make it so that reservation notes (and perhaps client records)
are fully searchable.
so that if I knew I wrote a certain note, but can't remember against which booking, I can simply search all notes (ideally across the whole of BRM)

This is now live. You can search all reservation notes as well client and group names. You can also do this search by date range too.
