Customer Data Configuration across your channels
Your custom data may be captured by yourself or your staff when you create bookings.
Or you may ask your customer to provide this information themselves:
- when they book online
- when they self-regsiter
So you therefore have 3 different channels for this data (back-office, OBW and self-registration). You can control which data is captured and displayed using the Customer Data tab on the view Configuration Page of BRM.
You also have an OUTPUT channel - when you print invoices - see below...
here you can create new fields. You can also set what is visible and hidden and mandatory for each channel.
