Full Audit TrailOne of the most powerful features of BRM is that it records everything that is done (for each reservation, for each rental item etc).
This means that if (and when!) things go a little pear-shaped you can find out who is to blame! This is important not just coz its nice to shout at people (I'm joking) but because it means you can understand what has happened, and also stop people doing the wrong thing more than once. Compare this to a spreadsheet and you'll see what I mean. Imagine coming in one morning and finding your beloved spreadsheet is broken! you don't necessarily know how it's broken or why. (let alone who)
Here is an example BRM audit trail for a reservation. For example you could see why the reservation had a bike added or swapped, when and by whom. This example shows a note being added by a different user to the one who created it:
