What if you have the internet in your office, but not out in the place where you do your rentals?

You have two options:
  1. run an ethernet cable (say for upto 100metres - if a wire is appropriate)
  2. us a point-to-point bridge.  Beam the signal across without loss of performance and no wires, up to 5 miles if you have line of sight.
