BRM integrations - working with other software
One of the great benefits of cloud-based software is that you can leverage other cloud-based applications to get more bang for your buck from your Bike Rental Manager subscription. BRM integrates with a growing list of other software platforms to provide extra functionality and services, when and where you need it.
Payments
BRM integrates with the awesome Stripe platform. This means you can do the following:
- take payment for online bookings
- take just credit cards for online bookings (if you prefer)
- take payments and card recording in the back-office.
Support and training
BRM has integrated with the award-winning UserVoice platform to provide a first-class support and feedback system. If at any time you have a question about how BRM works, or even a general question about rental you can use the question mark on the bottom left of BRM to ask a question. Before it sends the question through to the BRM support team it will automatically search the knowlege base (that you're reading right now!) and tell you if it finds any relevant articles. If you it doesn't find you an answer you can simply send your question through to us here in BRM HQ where a support ticket will be raised automatically.
But what about if you detect a problem? Perhaps you're not sure of why a reservation has been priced in a certain way, or you think you've found a bug. Well, as they say a picture speaks a thousand words, so simply use the 'screenshot' button on the bottom right of BRM and send us through a screenshot of exactly what you're looking at. You can even mark up the image with any comments you may have.
Ecommerce Platforms
BRM is working with the industries leading e-commerce players to provide tight integration between the retail and rental parts of your business.
Examples of future integrations in the pipeline include:
- Citrus Lime
Data export
We are constantly working on new integrations. If we don't have an integration that you require, for example to your favourite accounting package, then please let us know. In the meantime however you might want to just export some of your key data as a .csv file. You can then simply import this data either directly into your chosen application or via a spreadsheet for further manipulation. The key types of data you might want to export include:
- Reservations (Rentals)
- Transactions
- Client
Miscellaneous
BRM lets you find your customers' addresses really quickly and accurately with the PostcodeAnywhere integration. You simply type in a postcode and BRM will display a list of addresses for that postcode. This saves valuable checkout time and ensures your data's accuracy.
