Further Analysis of BRM data

Within BRM you can quickly and easily see key stats like:
  • rentals per asset
  • revenue per asset
  • revenue per month
and you can easily compare these to previous years:



However, sometimes you want to create your own reports and for that you need a more powerful tool like Excel pivot tables - for example.

To analyse your data using a tool such as that you first need to export your raw reservation data.  Then you can cut and paste into an excel table and then use pivot tables.  The procedural flow is depicted here:
