In theory BRM is useful for fleets of 10 bikes and upwards. However as a rule of thumb we say from about 20 bikes it’s worth having a system for, below that you might manage fine with a manual system, but of course it depends on how many bookings you do, and if you want to use the extra features.Largest fleet size at the moment on BRM is 2000 assets, but there is no real limit.
