Q: Can you store credit card data in BRM?

A: yes if you use Stripe.  Not anywhere else in BRM.  (e.g. notes, address etc)

Credit card is very sensitive (of course) and is subject to many rules and regulations.  Storing credit card information in the wrong place can have severe consequences for people who break the rules.

BRM / RSM is not PCI compliant because we don't store credit card data on our systems.  We vehemently recommend no-one stores any credit card data on anything other than PCI compliant systems.  For this reason we integrate with systems that are PCI compliant for handling card data - like Stripe.
