many people use BRM / RSM because they do rentals, plus some or all of the above.

For example they may rent Skis individually, but also sell skis as part of a package: skis, boots, poles.

Or they may do straight bike rentals, but also do 'tours' which includes a guide and is run at a special time.

Or they may sell tickets for a bus-ride up a mountain with your downhill bike.
