You might be offering a service that is better suited to renting items in bulk.
In that case you want BRM HIVO mode. (Hi Volume)
In this mode (chosen in your back-office) you will be able to let your customers choose quantities via a dropdown.
More importantly the available values in the dropdown will reflect current availability.

If you prefer your customers to select one bike at a time - which might be better when there are complicated extras to be allocated, then you can turn off HIVO mode and let your customers choose items one by one:
