Problem Solving - pop-up blocked
You must make sure you enable your browser to allow BRM to send you back to lightspeed.
Sometimes you browser may block the pop-up - meaning it won't send you back to lightspeed.
It can be quite a small little icon that shows in your browser's address bar. So please look out for it. If you see it click on it, and select 'always allow pop-ups from https://bikerentalmanager-us.appspot.com' (OR https://mybikeshopmanager-eu.appspot.com)
