It means BRM sent back a transaction into Lightspeed, but it was relating to a LS sale that had already been completed or sold.
The most likely scenario is that someone is using BRM with a URL like this:
When you use a URL like this it tells BRM to operate in 'return to LS mode' - which can create problems if that is not what you're trying to do.
So, please make sure no-one in your team has this long URL bookmarked, or is using it by accident when using the back button or URL auto-complete.
The correct URL for BRM should look something like this: (i.e. short) - please make sure this is what you bookmark.
