Primary User
Primary UserBRM / RSM never stands still - we are always introducing new features and bug fixes. We also frequently ask our users for input as to what to develop next and how it should work.
Therefore the communication channel between the development team and each store is paramount - in both directions.
When we set up a new store we always ask for the Primary User so we can make sure we're communicating the right things to the right person.
All key changes will be communicated to that user.
These are the general characteristics of the Primary User:
- normally (but not always) involved in the decision-making process during the BRM / RSM evaluation
- day to day responsibility for running your rental operation
- overseeing / training other rental staff
