So, first of all you set this up in your customer data customisation...
ie you tell RSM that you're interested in this extra information, for each customer.
Then, when you come to enter the details for a particular customer, you click on the details icon for that particular rental item...
Add customer details and press OK to save.
repeat for all rental items.
