sometimes you want to deal with rental items at a detailed level from within BRM.
To do this you use the Asset Management tab from with the manageFleet page.

Here you can search for individual assets by category:



You will then see a row for each rental item and you can use this to do the following things:
  1. see at a glance the details of each bike in the category
  2. if you have edit permissions, you will be able to update certain bike info, like status, model, ID2, barcode.  BRM will even update the spreadsheet to keep it in synch.
  3. you can even see normally hidden information here, such as serial number, by turning on those hidden columns.
  4. you can mark bikes as for sale, or sold
  5. you can see the audit trail (history) for each rental item using the small button on the right of each row:
