Collecting rider details per item

One much requested feature has been to collect rider / skier details per rental item when a customer books online.  This information will then flow through to the back-office so the item can be setup as required.

e.g. you have a booking for 3 downhill bikes.
you need to know the rider weights of each rider to setup the suspension
(or heights to make sure they have the right size)

e.g. you have a ski booking - you need to know key setup information for each skier in the party.
