If your LS shop is setup in a certain way you may see this error when attempting toconnect:
This is because your LS shop has been set up like this:
In Settings -> Shops
This tax setup is currently not compatible with the BRM integration.
If you can't change this. "To sales tax - zero rate."
then you will have to wait for an upgrade to our integration with LS
